Confirmed funds only
Pending, failed, cancelled or refunded payments never count as giving.

Amporah Foundation programme
A proposed good-cause programme intended to support household energy hardship and practical home improvements through Max Eco Prizes.
The intended model
Once legally approved and open, the proposal is to allocate 10% of each confirmed paid entry fee. Free entries remain free and have the same chance in the same draw. Optional round-ups stay switched off until the full payment and beneficiary model is approved.
Pending, failed, cancelled or refunded payments never count as giving.
A beneficiary must be approved and give permission before its name appears publicly.
No household, installation or carbon result is claimed without supporting evidence.
Confirmed allocations, approved distributions and reversals remain visible as separate records.
Public accountability
This empty state is intentional. Figures will only appear after entries legally open, funds are confirmed and approved beneficiaries receive evidenced distributions.
Launch safeguards: the final promotion mechanism, free route, terms, beneficiary agreements, privacy, payments, fulfilment and environmental wording all require specialist approval before any entry can open.
